E Gads, we all should back up Jack and Thor at this time, if one more dollar was spent ...who is at fault if we sit back and watch Mr Stonewall, re build the stonewall, again. Just maybe, the DAM BEST MINING LAWYER in the state. His interpretation of the US General Laws Title whatever 1993 mining law changes affecting NOTICE OF INTENT TO HOLD CLAIMS( a special added wording) has made it possible for our group of Claim Statkers to claim lands and not fall under the OLD SCRUTINY of SFA ( Standard Fire Assay )( in my interpretation.) Thus, NEWTECH LEACHES , PRELEACHES and Innovative ION Bombardment testings at Mill Level can be just to document our files in terms of "annual maintenance OTHERWISE qualifing". I bet some managements of some mining companies don't have a CLUE what I am talking about, watch me suceed where OTHERS FAILED! A Dream in which we have labored ...paraphrased is an ACHIEVMENT.
