Thanks for the response, but I did come across this piece of news when it first came out. Seems to me that Amoil is sitting on the sidelines and coming out with a few pieces of news here and there. Nothing to move the price, just seems to hang around in the low .30 range. When they hooked up with Fountain Oil, I thought things were going to start happening that would eventually move the price up. Once in a while I call the company to try to get any recent news but I get very little information. (I still plan to hold on to the shares hoping something good comes out from the company.)
