Ever make Lemonade and put to much water in the mix??? Doesn't taste to good does it??? Reason being....It's diluted!!! They are offering more shares to raise capital. I hope??? Capital maybe so they can acquire more companies. Great for long term, bad for us traders. If I can i'll go to the meeting, it's only 20 minutes from where I live......My wife is due with twins right around the time of the meeting. If you really want a good opinion contact Jeff Crystal. You'll find him on this thread. Ask his opinion.
