I wanted to repost this info... NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 18, 1997--Dominick J. Zaccoli, Sr., vice president and chief financial officer of Araldica Wineries, Ltd., today announced that the accounting firm of Goldenberg, Rosenthal & Friedlander, Jenkintown, Pa., has recently commenced an audit of the company. Araldica anticipates that the accountants' report should be completed, and sent to shareholders, in September. Araldica expects to become a fully reporting public company on or about 1 October 1997. Becoming a fully reporting public company should make new investors fell more comfortable about buying AWLT (IMO). There are so many publicly traded companies that do not report their finances.
