I believe the new # of shares is 15M. I saw this in an amended prospectus at the edgar site. It was dated 9/23. Interestingly, it shows the expected price of the company shares to be 16 but McCaw's shares at 17. Don't know if that has any significance.

I got to both the filing update and the BW article by following links at IPOCENTRAL. I think the 15M includes the int'l offering.
