John,

I understand your frustration with the current situation. The % loss of your capital is substantial in this investment as is mine.

At this time I am not going to attempt to answer your questions or concerns. I simply do not have enough information at this time to do so.

Due to the current situation with the Saskatchewan Gov't Growth Fund and it's handling of matters at Canamino (Ceapro's production facility), I really cannot tell you where things are at. All I do know is that SGGF and Ceapro have not come to an agreement on how the production facility and other matters will be dealt with. It really is unfortunate that SGGF made the decision that they did without really knowing what they were getting into.

What I suggest for yourself and any others who would like a complete update is to call the company and speak directly to the President, Bob Binnendyk @ 403-421-4555. He is very accessible and would be happy to spend the time to explain the current situation.
