You say that their technology is not breakthrough compared to Rockwell, Pairgain, etc. May I remind you that the same two people who have founded Broadcom, also have founded Pairgain. On the technical side, they are the first to use QAM algoripthm for their chips. I think their technology is quite significant. Alex
