I doubt that the amount of shares Larry has are in excess of 250,000. At the time of his comment the price was about $1.80, and he stated he had $500,000 WORTH of FSOL. I would like to see his trading accounts for the last 4 months, but we never will as he is under SEC investigation at this time, and he knows about it.

Also trading with inside information is highly illegal, and he may be guilty of that as well, If he traded in and out of FSOL while in receipt of inside information. If he and FSOL were Up and UP they would have hired him for $$ and disallowed him from trading at all! I know that most Co's pay touts in stock, but that is a practice that is suspect at best.
