Are you saying it's all up to snuff paper work wise with the SEC?

Being an ADR, perhaps that's the bank that holds the shares job, not sure.

I know the SEC/NASDAQ is going after the companies not in compliance with new rules. Also, they are doing it in alphabetical order. ALFN (Milwaukee) was one of the first given the "E" designation and 30 days to comply. Unless the "E" designation means something else also, which I would doubt, It seemed to be the same fate of ALLCRY (E) If not, then so much for the better. :)
