thank you for answer. the cc was one of the best so far. first qtr 2001 will get rest of 30 % and will be able to consolidate by q2.. the price is .01 per share on both sides. some will only have one side. if you use 500,000,000 shares a day and 20% match then 1,000,000 per day revenue. as volume grows to 1,000,000,000 per day the match % would go up.. so 2001 could show (2 or 3 qtrs of revenue) 200-211 million. asia and europe have adopted nyfix as standard.. this is giant step forward.. 2 new products that are transaction based price.. peter said he thought q4 would be over 8 million and profit over 2 million.. the base network had a goal for 10,000 servers at 600.00 per month and 100,000 terminals at 200.00 per month. that is 26 million a month and q4 they will be just under 3 million per month.. so they are about 1/10 of the way.. lots of growth for the future.. the transaction base could take them into b-2-b .. when asked about merrill lynch joining 'he could not answer' ... if some big companies join they would participate in the 20% or maybe get some more nyfx stock.. they could always buy as much as they wanted? not sure about 6% - or 10% rules on stock ownership.. there may be some limits.. but the boys in the east can get what they want.. this company is at the bottom of 's' curve ( per h.s.dent book) and has 4-6 break out products in the next 2-3 years.. so we think 30x or more if we just hold and enjoy the ride..
