etc...i always read the k. no pref, no legal. the # of shares i put in header purposely referenced yahoo as to count...referring to the mrq it stands at 5.1m and we now have the conversion per release on 9-6. we have a helluva lot stronger balance sheet now.

as to full dilution my notes have 400,000 optns and 600,000 wts as of last filed k. but i will check that again over the weekend.

i always do my homework before posting on a stock as it would be irresponsible to do otherwise. but i do make mistakes from time to time.
