Mario Gabelli, a famous investor, filed with the SEC increasing his holdings from 6% to over 7%. At least someone "important" thinks its a buy. You never really know with Viacom, but below 25, I begin to get curious. The class B shares have a huge short interest oustanding, so you might be seeing a short squeeze going on right now. If a squeeze is going on, you could be right that the shares may again retreat. Good luck!
