Zane, Don't you think Sony would be more likely to make a net box with LSI? They currently make the play station and LSI's fab facility and position with the Japanese seems strong. Then, you have DEC's deal around ARM and Intel. Competiton seems strong. What is it about the management, or their past wins that makes you think they can pull this off? Mark
