One more very different example.

On Thursday when Capstone (CS.to) was trading at C$3.88, the market for the Aug $4 calls was bid .15c. That amount is almost 4% of the market price of the stock... equivalent to a good annual dividend ...... but for a term of only <30days. IF at expiry the call is exercised, the stock price will have moved from $3.88 to above $4. ..... no loss there. (I topped up my August income target).
