Looks like the $1.75 million in additional DIP borrowings will enable them to get things basically functional, again...

It still leaves a fairly short fuze burning on the reorg negotiations with a May 23 deadline...

Maybe they'll find another buyer for some assets ? Maybe they'll reach an agreement and modification of terms with their lenders ? Maybe they'll find new lenders who have greater capacity to support them ? Or, maybe not ?

COUGF has been extremely aggressive in their acquisitions of property... and as a result they've got a portfolio of Bakken acreage that is impressive, and easily could be the basis of enabling them to grow into a major producer at some point in the future... if what they have now is able to be made sustainable...

For now, that's a pretty big if... but, trading under $0.07 a share its probably worth taking a shot ?
