Vince,

All the biotechs used to trade alot higher. Cortec has had afew problems along the way. They seem to be working thru the current trial problem by letting SKB repeat or work out the problem.

I think the stock is stuck here without some favorable news. I added to my position under $2 but am now just waiting patiently.
