All, This is my opinion as to part of the decline in SISK. From the 10-QSB dated 9/30/96. In recent time SISK has borrowed money twice. On 10/17/96 a loan was acquired for $1,150,000.00 through the issuance of a convertible debenture bearing interest at 8%. In addition on 11/18/96 issued another convertible debenture for the amount of $2,000,000.00 as a different series at 8%. Now I do not mind a company borrowing money to carry them forward into a positive earnings growth period, hopefully in 97, but these deals involved the Reg S provisions of the SEC. This IMO is part of the problem. More detail to follow. Hopefully some voices of experience can affirm or deny my suspicions.
