A very weird news inspired spike today. newsalert.com Favorable outlook for future government contracts communicated in the business wire. Lack of interest is somewhat puzzling. The volume & timing seems to indicate a short covering rally & clearing of retail holdings although the inability to maintain just a steenth of those gains is discouraging. Could this spike promote a reversal or will NOIZ resume it's slide? Is anybody holding besides me? Was anyone watching on level 2? Would greatly appreciate any comments. Thanks, s
