Jerry, No disrespect for GG, but did he tell you in his report that:

1. This company generated $1.5 million in revenue over 5 years (94-98)

2. This company must pay $23 million per year in interest on its 12 3/4% senior notes. $5 million in revenue this year is not even enough to meet its obligations in one quarter!

3. The huge fees NOPT paid for ROWs bear no guarantee for ROWs. They can be dropped in a heartbeat when a more lucrative deal comes along.

4. Competition, competition, competition.

I can go on and on if you like.
