On the subject of Canadian stocks, I would like to recommend the
following company.

There is an interesting investment on the VSE that deals with the
issue of privacy and security of online transaction and data.
The company, called Secured Communication Inc. (sym: SKB on the
Vancouver stock exchange). Currently priced at about $2.25, SKB has developed and patented a family
of user friendly, plug and play encryption PCMCIA devices.
The hardware tokens are field upgradeable and allow point to point
encrypted transmission of data on Networks, along with identification
and authentication required for digital signature, a keystone in the
evolution of electronic commerce.

Competitive analysis:

SKB distinguishes itself as the only card manufacturer that focuses on
complimentary software developer. Competitors traditionally limit their
activity to production of the PCMCIA card with rudementary file encryption
software and/or development toolkit. SKB's design platform will allow it to work
in theory with any operating platform or software application.

Secure transmission of data and online transactions will be a bigger
and bigger issue on Networks and SKB offers solutions by working
easily and transparently over many different software application.

SKB also uses RSA standards as referenced in Bill Gates book, The Road Ahead,
on pages 107 to 111. RSA is the recognized global encryption standard.
