What is "full conus"? Full signal coverage over North America? I think the Nimiq satellite at 91 covers all of Canada and 48 U.S. states, according to what I have read on the www.kusat.com message board system (run by a retail DBS store) for Canadian DBS users. Virtually all customers are in Canada, but there are a few in the U.S., and when the satellite went up, people from S Calif and Florida reported excellent signal strength. Probably this makes the satellite a more valuable asset, as it could later be shared, swapped or sold etc to a U.S. DBS company like DISH. ILG
