Nick - MTSN did joint deveopment with a U.S. chip maker for stripping an organic low-k dielectric ... I understood that Black Diamond was inorganic That's my understanding as well. I'm not counting on any Mattson sales associated with AMAT's Black Diamond. Clark PS John, if you have a different understanding, I'd be interested in hearing it. TIA
