Someone Needs to put together a web page that makes it easy for a customer to request a refund!... That would increase cancle rates! - infact it would be cool if it was an AOL website that did it! Then follow it up with a press release! - All the website would need to do is - have the text for them to copy and paste! - If AOL insists on a fax - the cancels could be e-mailed to local fax server! -
