No. That's not the case.

You may have cited me wrong here. It is necessary to point out to the insiders that they shouldn't sell too early. They tend to kill the stock. Together with the weak market in February, the selling of 100k shares into the rise ($21) was lethal.

But, if they really don't give a rat's ass to the ordinary investor/speculator, then it is too scary to hold overnight.

Again: What do they think? They cash out when the Netradio isn't in sight. I would "understand" it if they act like the DBCC insiders, od the EFAX insiders who sold out at other prices.
