As far as the opinion of the Arab world, why would action in Fallugha be considered worse than the invasion of Iraq?
We been there, and done that.

These are Saddams followers, and will lie, cheat, steal, and bluff.

Will they be left to make an "agreeement", then ride out of town with truck loads of weapons to kill somewhere else?

I dont think so.
