Hi Art, Most investors don't seem to realize the massive value embedded in these options that are given to employees and management. That, to me is the real problem; financial statements are supposed to reflect the full economic value of the transactions the company engages in, so that it is understandable to someone with a reasonable level of knowledge. No offense intended to accountants, but most of them have problems with calculations involving the time value of money, let alone complex options formulas and the sensitive parameters fed into those formulae. If the people putting the numbers together don't understand what they're presenting, what hope is there for the reader of those statements? Regards, Rob
