It usually takes 30-45 days for pricing and offering info after a company files for IPO. For example, TheStreet.com filed of IPO on 2/23 and announced pricing range today 4/2. Given that its almost 30 days since NetRadio IPO was filed, we should see an announcement about the offering within the next 10-15 days. I doubt it will be on Monday!
