Interoil (IOC) -- IMO you've got to give them some period of time to either show they have something or they don't. For these story stocks I go in and as long as it continues to look like the story is unfolding in a positive manner I hang on. When it starts going south I try to figure whether the reason is 1-off, and can be remedied, or whether there are just too many things going wrong to make it worth continuing to hang on. So far I've seen nothing to indicate that the story is not playing out pretty well here.

In contrast, after a multi-year hold on most of my BPZ position, the proverbial sh*t started hitting the proverbial fan and I eventually blew it all out.

I'm kinda glad that Blodget put that piece up about the Interoil geologist, since the discussion of that piece ultimately ended up really impeaching the credibility of whoever wrote that piece, and since no author was named, I now just lump all the shorts together in one camp, which has zero credibility.
