That's not the answer ..

The majority of the countries on the list have dysfunctional governments ..
The majority of people are already living in a stone age/bronze age culture ..
No foreign aid, no immigration quotas, no American boots on the ground ..
Our foreign policy goal should be to encourage conflict among the various "sects" of Islam ..
Without a visible presence of the Great Satan ( us ) Islamists ( Shia, Sunnis, Quaranists,
Salafis, Wahhabis, Rafidis etc etc .. ) are quite willing to "off" one another ..
We should use that knowledge to our advantage ..
