This is what I proposed a couple years ago on FADG. With Israel out of Gaza (and the West Bank), the Pals can't make the excuse that they are resisting "occupation". Israel's hands would be untied. Europe and the Left would certainly find some excuse for the Palestinians, but their excuses would be transparent.


Yes, they could, because Israel wouldn't have withdrawn to the "internatioaally recognized" Green Line (not recognized before 67 of course). So they would keep on yelling. But if there were a defacto border - the security fence - the Euros might lose some interest. At least the Pals seem to be afraid of it.
