Hello, Regarding slowness with a 28.8 modem, my dad recently switched from a dedicated line to a dialup internet line - he had them both up at concurently for a month or so. When he had a 28.8 modem, it was definitely behind on the MM screens and on quotes. He switched to a 56k modem (usually connects at 51k) and that seemed to go away. -Erik erik@digisys.net
