Do you know of a specific case where Nicky Oppenheimer appeared in a courtroom regarding a DB case? I'll help you out -- not once! So why are you trying to put a capricious slant on CJ's absence from court? Your love-in pal, GULL, was equally trying to malign CJ -- and you two have been complaining about comments made on this thread about individuals! Shame on you! Court cases are normally handled by lawyers and not CEO-s, as you and your kiss-n-Gull are both well aware of. CJ's absence from court is not even on the same planet as signing ones name dishonestly on this discussion thread, as you did, and making people believe that you are an "heir" and therefore hoping people will assume that you have some credibility. Well, you have none left. You have been caught lying by falsely calling yourself an heir. You didn't have the gull (pardon the pun in deference to your pal) to say in your opening salvo that you were "representing" an heir... You wanted people on this thread to believe that you spoke with a certain aura of authority, credibility and with facts at your fingertips. Now THAT is shameful! BTW, let us know the next time DB is in court, anywhere in the world -- we'll see if Mr. Oppenheimer shows up, personally! I'll even offer to pay your air fare if he appears.
