Thanks. <g> Much better play, even here, is to buy MCIC. Its a bit late, but still nice. You will end up w/probably more Wcom when the exchange offer closes that if you buy (or continue to hold) wcom. With much more downside protection. Wcom/Mcic looks awesome. Regards, Doug
