If you look at the TCA Global web site and read prior news releases you will see that TCA has done convertible stock financing with other customers in the past. However, the GRNO credit facility makes no mention of stock conversion and therefore one could only guess is non delutive. This credit facility must be based on only earnings past, present and FUTURE. This in my book makes Peter a hero. News on financials should be coming soon.
