Party, a little head math ...

On a cash flow basis over the next 5 years, that $85,000 per month cash obligation would support a borrowing of what, shall we say $12-14Million ... no capital repayment in there, but couldn't Zulu do better right now with $12Million of working capital instead of the so-called advice they are now paying for 5 years forward?

Let's pretend it was real consulting services (everything else seems to be pretence!). Don't you think that "real" management would have tied payments that high to performance gains? Don't you think that the BFL fiasco would trigger a recision of the consulting obligations?

Of course they would! The conclusion, which is already obvious, is that the consulting could possibly be a sham by the controlling shareholders to skim money well into the future ... draw your own conclusions!
