I think everybody who talks to Sharon Mitchell gets a good feeling that this will happen sooner or later. I can tell you that the books the auditor needs to deal with that originated with BC back in the day must be a nightmare to deal with. Compare that situation with what the SEC requires now and the auditor is between a rock and a stinky place. It must be extremely hard work and demotivating, despite being paid an arm and a leg. They needed to convince TCA that all gotchas had been uncovered. All they cared about was what the company is able to do now to earn money. They must have been favorably impressed. All the money BC lost and is reflected on the books should carry forward as a tax loss, right? Anybody know? OT: Largest 2 day rainfall in Jacksonville FL history since records began in 1871, 12.56 inches. Some places got 20+ inches in North Florida.
