Bob J.

So that leads me to my next question: Why has there been no interest
by the big boys in this? I would think that the bigger software companies might even
buy this company to get this level of encryption, or at least license it.

Just because you haven't seen it publicly mentioned doesn't mean that Jaws is not talking to some "big boys". Ernst & Young has been mentioned and there are 2 other companies, both leaders in their respective fields, with which Jaws is negotiating. Of course, there are other companies that Jaws is talking to, but IMO, these are the big 3.

What is going
on with the financing? Does the company have enough money to keep going? Any
and all information on the stock will be helpful and more than appreciated.

Detailed information on the company can be found at 2 sites: (a) their website at www.jawstech.com and (b)the Edgar On-Line site that has Jaws' Form 10SB submission to the SEC -http://www.freeedgar.com/companies/index.htm. To find the filing, type Jaws (not Jawz) in the Company search box and then click on the SB filing.

And yes, the company has enough money to keep going.
