Art, I looked at the same numbers also and am quite curious as to where AOL is going to find the money to perform what they are promising. Only Bill Clinton can make wild promises and get away with it.

In addition, this so called settlement addresses the problems they had from the December 1 changeover to now. It is as if that AOL is back to normal access. The $350million project is not going to be up and running till June, clearly stated by the company.

What is the message here for AOL subscribers? We will refund UP TO 2 months but you have to pay and put up with the problem for 5 more months.

Are AOL subscribers brain dead?
