I beg to differ. I agree that our legal system is majorly screwed up, but a corporation cannot partake in false advertising. By *publicly* advertising heavily that the 56K upgrade will be available in January, and then making all those public press releases about matter of days and hours, I suspect they did cross that false-advertising line.
