ToySoldier, it seems that MSFT (stock price wise) is doing well with no concern to the DOJ outcome. Even if the DOJ is to break it up, shareholders will benefit even more... just like what happened with the baby bells... but Mr. Gates will have a nightmare... do SI threaders care about Mr. Gate's nightmares...? hardly... they care about the bottom line, and that is fattened portfolios... anything else is a digression of thoughts for all practical purposes... best regards amein
