let's assume some kids will not drink if it is not available.

let's assume a parent is having a party where kids will be and the parents provide booze for the kids and these kids parents do not approve of their children drinking. i do not condone some adult giving a kid booze, it is against the law. they should be arrested.

I support the law no booze for minors.

I certainly hope these parents who do provide booze for the kids advises those kids parents who are invited to the party.
