Well, I guess it wasn't good enough for me. I called the following for information.

1. OTC BB 203-375-9609
2. Nasdaq/OTC BB History Research 202-728-8477
3. OTC Compliance 301-208-2802

From 1994 to 01/24/96 Super Phone listed under symbol SPPI. Name was changed to MEGA COM on 01/24/96 and continued under the SPPI symbol from 01/24/96 to 01/24/97. You might recall on or about 12/96 Firecrest completed the reverse merger with the the Super Phone/Mega Com Shell.
On 01/24/97 the symbol was changed to ACOM and from 1/24/97 to 08/12/98 Mega Com and then X-Stream Network were listed under that symbol. You might recall that on or about 01/24/97, Mega Com acquired majority interest in Firecrest PLC and its subsidiaries , G.O.D. and Nethead.
In June, 1998 Mega Com's name was changed to X-Stream Network, Inc. It continued to be listed under the symbol ACOM until 08/12/98 when the symbol was changed to XSNI.
As most of you know, a corporation cannot go to OTC BB directly and make these listings or changes. They have to use a market maker. So, which one brought SPPI, ACOM and XSNI to market? Since SPPI and ACOM never actually traded shares it is hard to tell. XSNI began trading shares in March, 1999. At that time there were only two market makers involved with XSNI. Philip Louis Trading {PILL}and Knight/Trimark Group{NITE}. They're next.................. Jeff
