Gameboy, I'm never sure if it's "Cardinal" or "Cardinal". Yes there will be short-term impacts in drilling rates from the dropping oil prices.

But eventually the annual 2% increase in demand in energy consumption worldwide will need to be addressed....That means more wells will be drilled, and then of course subsequently serviced..... Iraq's production really won't make that much of a difference IMO if it comes back onto the world market. Just as important are the plans of North Sea producers, and growing producers/production Latin America.....

Sincerely,

Doug F.

P.S. Back when I was on "the Farm" we voted for a new nickname the "Thunderchickens". The Ombudsman (woman at that time) rejected the nickname saying that it was "demeaning" to the University and called for a new binding referundum amongst the students. We then wrote in on the ballots the nickname the "Cockroaches" which won with a 70% majority. Well she rejected that one too, on behalf of the University, and said that they would hold one more third and final binding referendum on a new nickname. So that time we picked the "Robber Barons". Pissed her off, and she cancelled the party- and we've had no real nickname ever since,ha!.....
