BP, This sounds like the system administrators, network people, and basic hardware/software systems are not keeping up with the tremendous growth generated by the very effective advertising and low rates. This is essentially the same thing that happened to AOL. As they said, give it time... their software/interface design is excellent, the price is right, and I spoke with an analyst at the firm which brought it public (we play poker once a month) who says they CAN make money at these prices. (I was in doubt.) He was positive on the company, but thought it a bit pricey right now.
