Lew Platt, CEO Hewlett Packard, was on CSPAN the other day and he talked about how fingerprint ID was going to be incorporated into the "smart card" technology as well as becoming the replacement for computer passwords etc. Do not know if NRID will be a winner in this but fingerprint ID looks to be more or less inevitable. Am thinking of also buying IDX and IFMX (software for smart cards) to cover most of the bases.
