Bill and Zeev,

I have to say that I concur with Zeev. As a private company many transactions that may be frowned upon in a public company are completely normal and legal. I believe that Bill once told me what the "Securities Infractions" involved and I don't believe they were major, and it was settled in a manner amenable to all sides. I will refer the matter to Spencer for comment as well as the course of the above discussion.

But let's face it folks, if you are looking for a company that has no debt and already has positive earnings for several quarters in a row. then come back and visit us 6-9 months down the road. This is a speculative stock given to sudden and drastic fluctuations both the upside and the downside. It has had a difficult time for the past 14 months, and once again has to prove itself. I gauging my opinion on the stock by assessing future value and potential. We can't change the past, only the future.

The one thing that many may forgotten is that even though we have seen many negative discussions in the news lately about "penny" stocks, you will notice that many of these companies were never reporting entities. You SHOULD notice that GRNO, while technically a penny stock, has been a fully reporting company for two years now. They had to be a reporting company to the SEC before they could offer their shares on the public market.

If Bill took advantage of section of the law that permits founder to purchase more stock, so be it... Good for him. I wish that I had been a founder and I would have been purchasing too... :0)

BTW, I believe that all of Bill's shares are restricted limiting his ability to sell into the open market.

Regards,

Ron
