Institutions can not buy unless someone is willing to sell at that price. If it gets to their profit and sell out price, then I can see selling to whomever. I think instuitions have been given too much credit and blame for the price changes. I buy for a hopeful profit, and sell when I have that hoped for profit, or for self defense, if the Co. is not producing. I don't know how any one can tell if the buyer is an institution, or some nut like myself. I just have no clue why the price went up today, unless news is coming out in the next few days. Hopefully news will follow. ED
