Utter bullshit! Read between the lines, he was a big guy at Illustra and now Illustras been bought out and he's probable not so illustrious in the new pecking order or maybe Informix is going in a direction he can't get behind. Big deal! This happens all the time when companies are taken over. Give me somebody from the company at informix leaving AND selling his stock and then you might get my attention. Tell me Phil White is leaving and dumping his stock! Better yet tell me Phil White is fleeing to Cuba to be with Robert Vesco and escape the infamous insider trading lawfirm! That might get my attention.
