Cybermedia.. what is..?

Sorry, I've never heard of it.

Full page ads???? Never seen anything (based on this snippet of info) that I recognize in the user-oriented or trade press that I read either,

>>Surely someone else in this thread can jump in here with any info they may have heard on this?

EG: Andrew: Product name? for starters :)

Marketing to consumers? Newspaper ads???? Very iffy in my opinion. I remain _very_ skeptical that end users, or corps, would pay good money for such a service, and that such developers could continue to keep their problem databases current and all that goes with that responsibility.

The winner will be in large part determined by: "he who accumulates the most solution-cases" quickly, or first, wins all the marbles. If a small independent could make a credible offering in this area, my small company would be in this tomorrow, but realistically, the only options are a "big" company with connections, or a small (private) one with exceptional technology looking for a buyout.

P.S.
I have seen ads for a few products attempting to solve these sorts of issues on a retail basis.(can' t remember the names either).

If this discussion goes on much longer, as I suspect it may, perhaps a brave soul would open a "SystemWizard, merits or lack of...." or " "Call Avoidance: Hype or NextBigThing..." thread.. Just a thought.
