Ptaskmaster: hard to tell. These things are always full of boilerplate, and you can be sure Coopers doesn't want to expose themselves to a future class action. I'm more persuaded by a week of favorable response in the market.

Kaiser Francis has poured a ton of money into this company and I would presume they knew what they were doing. Also, at the time they decided to do this they probably were not counting on $200/oz.
